So John Muhammad is just another one of his alias names? I seriously doubt it. Looks like the whitewash has begun.

"Looks like the whitewash has begun."Oh I don't know, I have wonder about this since the story broke. He may have called himself John Allen Muhammad, but the question is did he really legally change his name? No one seems to be mentioning that one way or the other.

CNN will lie all day and all night. They are total @holes who have a private agenda that requires them to push PC to the maximum. Afraid they will offend their viewers in the Middle East ..... Have they even used the word "terrorism" in relation to the sniper? Boo Hoo for poor Muhammad....

hmmmmm.............
EXCLUSIVE: MUHAMMAD ON TAPE A jovial, laughing John Allen Muhammad can be heard on an official audio recording of the alleged sniper's appearance last year in Pierce County District Court to formally change his name. In April 2001, Muhammad made a brief appearance before Judge Molly Davis to request that his name be formally changed from John Allen Williams for "religion purposes" (he had converted to Islam years earlier). When Davis granted the name change after only a few perfunctory questions, Muhammad joked, "I feel cheated," since he was not called on to present witnesses or paperwork or approach the bench. "These are fairly routine," Davis said.

As applemac_g4 said on another thread:
"Are we to go back to calling Muhammed Ali "Cassius Clay" As and Kareem Abdul Jabbar "Lew Alcinder" as well?"

Here's a real simple solution: ask the piece of sh!t what he wants to be called. The newsheads would probably get in trouble if they referred to him as "The Towelhead Murderer" or "That F---ing B---rd." And in the case of Cassius Clay or Malcolm X, the wishes of the "muslim" subject prevailed.

It really doesn't matter at all how the leftists try to spin this now. I talked to literally 150 people about this yesterday and every single one of them called him John Muhammad. That name is now in the public consciousness, as it should be.
Down with murdering Muslims.

I saw the restraining order filed by his ex-wife and posted on this thread. She hand wrote (Williams) Muhammed. All the children listed she wrote down with the last name of "Muhammed." Sorry, but the CNN spin is just another of many lies.

Well at least they didn't use the ever-popular "ex-Gulf War veteran" or "ex-soldier" tag in front of his "real" name in the headline

You know, they may as well get out a picture of McVeigh and use that whenever they want to show what Mr Williams looks like too.

Next they'll be telling us he isn't really a homosexual pedophile, that he just did Malvo "a few times."

This really hacks me off, my son's God given name is John Allen Williams. We call him "Jack". He's 3 1/2 years old and the other night before the media got the cajones to start calling this guy Mohammed he overheard the TV and thought the police were after him. I wish the media would realize the indirect damage that they sometimes do. I also hope that because John Williams(my father's name) and Allen Williams(mine) are such common names that this won't stick like Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley, or John Wayne Gaisey.

Ummm.. This is an overreaction. The report is fairly straitforward. The arrest warrents were issued in the name Williams. Let's chill.
Think about this: This killer is no more of a representation of any group than a white killer would be. Granted, the media would have unfairly indicted all conservatives and we would be outraged. Are we now suggesting that all blacks, or muslims, or some other group should be blamed for the actions of INDIVIDUALS? We should not encourage this type of group thinking. It's the way liberals see the world not conservatives.
If they had accomplices, let's let authorities find them. If Al Queda supported them, let authorities discover it. The investigation continues.
