Still no update on numbers, still lots of ambulances being loaded.

Terrorists started shooted at the hostages, a group of hostages broke away from the building, forces went in. Currently working on providing medical assistance. But repeat the leader is dead and entire bldg under special forces control.

Translator is working off of Russian TV. Not yet able to give counts, still have dozens of ambulances in place, 7 or 8 buses going by(guessing they have former hostages). More ambulances arriving.
