I think dennisw mentioned the other day that he is an Illegal, maybe he's got a link.

Here's something interesting...

Maybe this is how Muhammad knows Osbourne. Perhaps it also explains why Osbourned was persuaded to buy the Blue Caprice with Muhammad.

The Feds are trying to figure out what Osborne's legal status is. With Muhammed known to be an alien smuggler, it is quite possible that Osborne is an illegal using phony papers that Muhammed sold him.

Osborne was in Detroit visiting his fiancee, so it is likely that he was trying to marry a US citizen to gain a green card (permanent resident status.)

If they can tie him to any criminal involvement in the sniper case (let us hope for some creative DA work), he gets deported (do not pass go, do not collect $200.)
