Is Osborne a Jamaican citizen or another illegal?

I think dennisw mentioned the other day that he is an Illegal, maybe he's got a link.

Here's something interesting...

Maybe this is how Muhammad knows Osbourne. Perhaps it also explains why Osbourned was persuaded to buy the Blue Caprice with Muhammad.

I don't know anything about Osbourne being illegal. I would like to know though and also how he makes his living. Is it by scams like John Muhammed?
