CBS has been unable to confirm - but we can't rule it out - that those invloved in manufacturing and selling this lethal weapon may have indeed voted for the President.

Sorry, Dan...NBC beat you to the punch last night. Brokaw ran with a story last night stating that the CEO of Bushmaster had been a major contributor to the current President's 2000 campaign. That CEO had stepped down from Bushmaster to keep anyone from linking George Bush with the 'gun culture'. Didn't work...they will do whatever it takes to link the president to those EEEEEEEEvil guns.
