I have a question, if you can answer it. Why on earth is this little murdering SOB now in a juvenile detention center? (according to FOX) they are awaiting arrival of his "parents" so that his miranda rights can be read to him. This is really infuriating, don't you think?

My best guess to the answere to your question is that the kid is under the ultra liberal jurisdiction of the state of Maryland.

Yep. But I don't think it matters much. 17 years old is pretty old to be claiming he's a baby. I would be very surprised if he were not tried and sentenced as an adult.

Would you rather have the little murdering SOB set free because of a technicality?
