My question is didn't the police search Blake's property from top to bottom when they first arrested him? How could they have missed this? (regardless of whether these guns pretain to this murder charge or not)
If they have been this oblivious I wonder what else they may have missed? Wonder if their case will hold up in court.

The man, who was removing the gym equipment Friday, "looked into the box and saw a blue steel gun in a holster," according to the search warrant. Was it a Beretta?
