NBC already is referring to Malvo as a Teenager

I agree about media spin - but doesn't a person who is 17 years of age qualify as a teenager? Why is this breaking news? Why all the keywords? Why not document, over an acceptable period of time, all the media spin and then sit down and write a detailed, well reference rebuttal?

Hi Dave,

It's the subtleties (sp) that you have to read into. Teenager yes, but Virgina and Alabama execute under age 18, Maryland does not.

Maryland is where they will be prosecuted, and I belive that anyone that can distinguish between right and wrong, and a 17 year old can, needs to be held acocuntable for their actions. Period.
