help me with this one, everybody:

I live in Maryland, not far off of I-95 between DC & Baltimore.

just put the kids on the school bus....

a white, cherry-picking-type vehicle slowly came down our street and turned the corner. This vehicle had ALABAMA plates and was occupied by two black males. Oddly enough, had USDOT on the side.

I called the tipline.
