I hate to bust your bubble, but I don't think Moose said it was absolutelly over in that area. Just stay alert and don't drop your guard.
When the Baltimore cop questioned Muhammed re: his being a suspicious person sleeping in his car, did the cop know that a vehicle close to that description had been seen in the shooting the previous week? I heard that the officer got Muhammed's name, the vehicle license number etc. Was this info turned over to the task force? If you have a vehicle matching the description of a vehicle seen at a shooting, why wasn't the plate/vin run and Muhammed checked out (and seen as a possible lead/suspect) because of his history. At the very least, shouldn't that vehicle description been put out more than it was (even if they were pre-occupied with the white vans/trucks?)
