I doubt this is the reason, but, I found this interesting tidbit when I did a search for terrorists + teabag on google:
.."more than 100 residents of District 13 waved tea bags to symbolize their lack of a voice in their own
government,in a reference to the 1773 "Boston Tea Party" revolt by American colonists..."
**"symbolize their lack of a voice in their own government"

**"symbolize their lack of a voice in their own government" thanks fred...or ethel...or both?
my 10-yr-old immediately went to the Boston Tea Party thing when we noticed them. I like the idea.....but, no offense to my neighbors, I wonder if they're clever enough for such a statement! I would hope they'd put some sort of TEA BAG REVOLT word out either in the editorials or even on yard signs. who knows. I'm afraid it's probably some kind of drug or gang thing.
