Another news story said his last known residence was in Maryland. Auto with New Jersey plates. Curiouser and curiouser.
From the TV reports, I conclude that there is a WHOLE LOT that LE knows, but is not being leaked, or reported.

As a former expert on target shooting, I cannot understand how someone could get away with target shooting in a residential neigborhood. Sure would have upset neighbors where I lived formerly.
