To my observation, he's behaving like a lone nut, not like a terrorist operative. If the Zodiac Killer were reincarnated today, half of FR would be talking up Al Qaeda. Hell, the Zodiac Killer or the Son of Sam probably would've sympathized with Al Qaeda in this day and age. That doesn't mean either of them was or would've been an Al Qaeda operative. Furthermore, there will be future Zodiac Killers and Night Stalkers and Unabombers and Freeway Killers and so on ad nauseam. Whenever they come along, we can all get to chat about Al Qaeda all over again. Chances are, however, than none of those future random psycho nuts will be Al Qaeda. Chances are that one such as these is currently sniping at people in the D.C. area. Chances are he's not Al Qaeda....

To me this sounds like a psycho nut getting his jollies from jerking the cops around. It sounds exactly the same as that Tarot card message: "Dear Policeman: I am God" Lone psycho nuts get their biggest thrill from ridiculing and humiliating the cops. To me, it sounds exactly like what this Psycho Sniper is doing. Note, by the way, that all those who insisted the Tarot card was a coded Al Qaeda message look very foolish so far. There hasn't been any wave of Al Qaeda activity triggered by that - nothing at all. I'll wager there won't be any triggered by this duck message either.

I've been doing a bit of research. Peltier was convicted for killing an FBI agent named Ron WILLIAMS. Also the ammo used in the shootings --- .223 calibre. Gun? An AR-15 semi-automatic rifle. Interestingly, the case came up in the courts again in early October. Seems like a lot of coincidences.

I am not saying it is al qaeda, I am just saying that there something else at play here. People have to think in the abstract like down is up and up is down kind of thinking. This type of act is so unusual.
