WSFA here in Montgomery, Al is reporting that a Call to the TIPLINE was very specific and told the Task Force to inquire with the Montgomery, Al Police anout a shooting in late September on Zelda Rd (About 3 miles from my house).

The CREDIT CARD has apparently been linked to the victim of that shooting, and other evidence from the TIPLINE then led investigators to Camp Ground Zero and Tacoma, WA!!!!!

Was the perp caught? Could the Maryland sniper be acting because the perp was not caught? Could that be the explaination for Mooses odd message -- not referring to the Maryland sniper but the this perp?
