Please summarize in a couple of sentences what you are implying. Specifically, what are you implying about Massad Ayoob and his Lethal Force Institute.

What's up with a stolen credit card? The sniper(s) wanted the "ransom" paid to a stolen credit card number.
Of course, since al Fuqra has had its members working at credit card processing centers for years now, the card did not necessarily have to be one that was taken out of somebody's pocket.

Actually you can put a silencer on your gun out here in WA, you just can't shoot it. I believe you can in Idaho though. If it isn't registered with the BATF with the $200 tax stamp, 10 fingerprints, photo, anal probe, and background check, it's a felony to possess. It's even a felony to possess the *parts* for a silencer, though the BATF has to prove you intended to make a silencer from the parts to a jury. (Which they have done in the past.)
This law is federal - it applies everywhere.

The guy requested the $10M be deposited to a credit card account. He gave the number and the PIN. When the Moose said they couldn't do the electronic thing, he was referring to that. The reason given was that the card was stolen. The conjecture on this thread is that the card led to this location, somehow.

If memory serves me correct, everything the Sept 11 Hijackers did up until the Hijacking was Legal.
They even watched the amounts in their bank accounts so to not attract to much attention.

From http://www.tribnet.com/news/story/1683340p-1800235c.html regarding the terrorist cell in Washington state.
WASHINGTON - Grand juries in Seattle and Detroit Wednesday charged six alleged Islamic militants with supporting global terrorist activities, including a U.S. citizen accused of providing safe houses and training to Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida network.
Three of the men were detained soon after Sept. 11 while the man identified as Abdella remains a fugitive.
This is, to say the least, an interesting turn of events.
