"Multiple arrests" according to CNN.
Information was obtained via police scanners.

2nd hand: I70, supposedly near Frederick, MD, shut down while back, now 2 suspects arrested! Sounds series.

Yeah I know. Earlier photo looked like a military one, the two they show side by side make him look worn out. Don't look the same at all.
