I need info. I have no TV... please... someone tell me whats going on right now. Last I heard they were stopping traffic again.. has there been another shooting? Someone keep this thread posted. please.

"Multiple arrests" according to CNN.
Information was obtained via police scanners.

2nd hand: I70, supposedly near Frederick, MD, shut down while back, now 2 suspects arrested! Sounds series.
