MSNBC reporting sniper related digging and searching of a building in Tacoma WA. FBI is involved. May be related to something the sniper told police

Local news says that in Bellingham, 60 miles from Canadian border, there was FBI investigation into 2 people up there, ONE NOT AMERICAN BORN. One younger(like highschool? Bellingham High), one older, haven't been around in 9 months. This from interview with Mayor of Bham.

Bellingham is north of Seattle near the Canadian border. Western Washington University is up there.
Window stickers for it are "WWU" which looks like WW2 and I was wondering why so many people had them around here.

Most of the neighborhoods they hit were hispanic neighboorhoods. The ones in Montgomery Co. are. But they only killed one Hispanic, Sarah Ramos, and it's quite possible they mistook her for a white.
