I believe trucks are counted as 3/5 of a person, and SUVs not at all. It will take the SCOTUS to figure this one out ("O'Reilly vs. U.S.?").

Excellent question, and one I believe the Supreme Court has not yet addressed. However, if animals and trees have rights, surely motorized vehicles do as well. We'll get a Berkley or Harvard law professor working on it straight away.

If this was an SUV I would think that maybe it is the perp - SUV's are guilty of so many crimes these days. If it was a truck well then I doubt it - trucks built this country and probably deserve some sort of reparations -However a truck could be guilty if it's a WHITE truck.
