I think there is a mountain range/area in Western Russia that are called "Caucus". Not 100% on that though.

Caucus descent means from around the Caucus mountain area.. Meaning either Georgian, Chechen, Armenian, Azeri, Osetia,etc.

The Caucasus lie between the Black and Caspian Seas. I'm not certain what areas that covers...but I believe Georgia and Azerbaijan are two.

"Caucus decent"

They mean the Caucasian Mountains. The facial type is dark (not black) skin, big nose, jet-black hair, what in this country is colloquially identified as Middle Eastern type. Nothing to do with Caucasian race designation in America. Ethnic Russians are light skinned and frequently blond-haired, not unlike Germans.
