Guns, ammo found at actor's home, newspaper reports

LOS ANGELES(AP) - Two guns were among a handful of items found inside a barn behind actor Robert Blake's home by a man who was removing gym equipment, it was reported Wednesday.

The items were seized by police after they obtained a search warrant affidavit released Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times reported in its Wednesday's edition.

I always wondered why blake didn't have powder residue.

Detective Ron Ito wrote in the search warrant affidavit. "I believe it is likely that the clothing in the box contains gunshot residue or other trace evidence relating to the murder."

But Blake was taken into police custody immediately after the shooting.

Does Judge Ito's idiot nephew have a theory how the clothing with gunshot residue got into the box.

And what relevence to .38 revolvers have to the shooting of Bonnie Blake, who was shot with a Walther automatic found near the scene? That's the gun the DA has to tie to Blake, not one of the .38 revolvers he may have possessed.
