She (my mom) finds it quite interesting. It's actually about a mile and a half from her house -- close enough that she can see the news helicopters circling around from her back porch. She gets a kick about the news reports saying Ft. Lewis is 30 miles away (it's only about 15).

Like everyone else, she just wants this guy(s) nabbed (and hung).
