Okay, this is what I get for not keeping up. They've arrested a stump????

Exactly, they've taken a stump into custody. They nailed the Miranda Rights statement to the tree and it is sufficient as notification to the suspected tree.

Geez, what a crazy scenario but I'm guessing they were there early, dug one out, had it tested and decided this was the best way to preserve evidence as ridiculous as it may seem.

Well, at least I got some laudry done so I don't have to wear my short shirts. I'd have an awful time trying to explain this 1-888-____ number on my belly. :-)
