Just heard/watched live video feed from msnbc...live channel from Tacoma Washington...(channel is King5)
The woman FBI agent (on the scene) confirmed that they are searching the outside and perimeter of home, not residents, when asked if the residents of the area are at risk, she commented, to the affect, There is not an immediate threat at this time, if there was, we would alert residents...She would not comment further except to say that several agencies were involved in the search including the local authorities, FBI and ATF.

Yep, killed the stump. Dug that sucker up right out of the ground, roots and all. FBI evidence collection team, looking in stump for bullet fragments, digging in the ground for bullet casings.

They took the stump "into custody". No information as to whether or not it resisted.

What this looks like to me is that they now know the identity of the suspect but he is not in custody.

Did you hear the neighbor? She said men were standing in her driveway. She asked them to identify themselves and they wouldn't. She called the police and found out they were FBI. I wonder why they were afraid to identify themselves.
