Exactly how I read into it too, Can you imagine if Moose the Moron could figure out how to negotiate a wire transfer? He could solve everything ( he thinks) by just "paying off" the sniper on his word that he'll quit shooting in return for 10-20 million dollars.

Me too, but not one of the news channels picked up on this or even mentioned it!! They continued to think it was about communication, but how can it be when they are already in communication with the sniper? I sure hope they aren't dumb enough to hand this sniper any $$$$$$$!!!!
