Thank you for your due-diligence.

However, having written two seperate papers on the JRSA data and conclusions, I still challenge you this:
How many burglaries/(want to extend to robberies and limit this to felonies?) occurred?

How many of those led to an arrest?

What percentage of those alleged crimes went unsolved/average case time to arrest.

I can tell you without looking that about 40% of all felony burglaries/robberies in America last year led to felony convictions.

Do you care to make one more attempt at clarification of the 'bet' you proposed?
