Here's the reality: there are no good numbers, worth relying on, reporting the number of alleged burglaries to the number of arrests made to the number of convictions.
The best you can do is 'about 40% of felony burglary arrests result in felony convictions'.
That's flunking however you slice it and dice it. It's better to get smart and protect your property and person yourself.
