Then, just put ticklers out on new sales of new Italian sports cars, new big time spenders in Vegas, sea-side villas and other luxury goods, and any known weapon venders who have received a new order. Then take that list and compare it to IRS records, or payment made from the same Swiss/Panama/Bermuda/GC bank that the pay-off was made to.
