Reader asks where is the outrage over black-on-black crime

The longest war America has ever fought is the Dirty War, and it is not over. It has lasted more than 30 years so far and claimed more than 25 million victims. It has cost almost as many lives as the Vietnam War.
Yet the American news media do not want to talk about the Dirty
War, which remains between the lines and unreported. In fact, to
even suggest that the war exists is to be discredited and disbelieved. So let's start suggesting, immediately. No matter how crime figures are massaged by those who want to acknowledge or dispute the existence of a Dirty War, there is nothing ambiguous about what the official statistics portray: for the past 30 years a
large segment of black America has waged a war of violent
retribution against White America. And the problem is getting worse, not better. In the past 20 years, violent crime has increased more than four times faster than the population. Young blacks (under 18) are more violent than previous generations and are 12 times more likely to be arrested for murder than young Whites.
According to the latest annual report on murder by the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, most interracial murders involve black
assailants and White victims, with blacks murdering whites at 18
times the rate that Whites murder blacks.
These breathtaking disparities began to emerge in the mid-1960's,
when there was a sharp increase in black crime against Whites, an
upsurge which, not coincidentally, corresponds exactly with the
beginning of the decline of neighborhoods.
Over time, the cumulative effect has been staggering. Justice
Department and FBI statistics indicate that between 1964 and
1994 more than 25 million violent interracial crimes were
committed, overwhelmingly involving black offenders and White
victims, and more than 45,000 people were killed in interracial
murders.
By comparisons 58,000 Americans died in Vietnam, and 34,000
were killed in the Korean war.
When nonviolent crimes (burglary, larceny, car theft and personal
theft) are included, the cumulative totals become astounding. The
Bureau of Justice Statistics says 27 million nonviolent crimes were
committed in the US in 1992, and the survey found that 31 per cent
of the robberies involved black offenders and White victims (while
only 2 per cent in the reverse). When all the crime figures are
calculated, it appears that black Americans have committed at
least 170 million crimes against white Americans in the past 30
years. It is the great defining disaster of American life and
American ideals since World War II.
All these are facts, yet by simply writing this story, I will be deemed
a racist. Because certain people prefer to maintain a paternalistic
double-standard in it's outlook of black America. And THAT is
racist!

I saw the Juan Williams interview. The man certainly had a story to tell. What an intelligent, respectful individual. It's a shame he is branded by the "civil rights estb." - horray for a free thinker!

The "Dirty War" information is hardly a surprise to me, but is too developed. I want the absolute RAW DATA.
It would also be helpful to know the census records of the population and demographic percentages, so that I might calculate rates of disparity.

Demosthenes, It'sLUCKY2B gave a very good thumbnail sketch in his reply. I would add the following qualifier to the data he cited (which is all culled from FBI/DOJ reports). The FBI and Dept of Justice have deliberately skewed crime statistics since the 1970s (under the supposed conservative Richard Nixon). Hispanics (an artificial class created by the government) are counted as "white" when they are the perpetrators of violent crime but counted as "hispanic" when they are the victims. So, the actual crime rates are actually even worse than the ratios cited by It'sLUCKY2B (which are certainly bad enough). There is a publication entitled "The Color of Crime" which has been mentioned by Walter Williams in one of his articles about a year ago. It is basically a compilation of the official FBI/DOJ reports.

Trust me, I hear Freeman's PC whine on the local public radio station all too often. He's a leftist columnist whose opinions are much like those of Clarence Page. (Please note that I refuse to surrender the language to leftists who call themselves "liberal." There is nothing liberal - in the classic meaning of the word - about such people.) That being said, there's always a hope that minds can change. After all, David Horowitz was raised as a Marxist and was once a leading exponent of "the new left." Horowitz started to re-think some things after the Black Panthers murdered a bookeeper he recommended to them. He's now one of the most fearless conservatives around.

Oh, my God.
Though the exact data I desire is not available as such, what there is in this paper paints a far bleaker picture than I would have guessed even from my own unpleasant experiences.

Astounding, isn't it? I have found that when a crime is committed of odd and unwarranted viciousness, i.e., a young man is murdered after he is successfully robbed and is putting up no resistance, an old woman is beaten to death by a homeless woman she was trying to help, etc, and no mention of race is made in the national papers, a check of thte local paper from which the story came often suggests or confirms that this was a black-on-white hate crime but the media and law enforcement choose not to treat it as such. Of course, if it's a white-on-black crime, you hear all about the racial aspect. Otherwise, you have to find the local papers and look for clues such as photos, names, part of town, ask local freepers, that sort of thing.
