A 40yo man was standing on the steps of a bus and was shot once in the chest. The newsies say that there are "unsubstantiated" rumors of more than one shot, but there is only one person that is reporting multiple shots. From the aerial views provided, there are two busses being held in the crime scene area. Since this is a staging area for bus drivers, it is suspected that a driver was chatting with another and was shot as he was standing on the steps. If true, this does indeed lend itself to a sniper set-up shot.
