This murderer is an equal opportunity murderer. He's killed men, women, a child, blacks, whites, hispanic, asian...it's not the race, sex or age of the victim. It's whomever is there when he sets up his target.

All human beings belong to an ethnic group. Anglo-American, Swedish, and Irish whites are just as "ethnic" as African-Americans and Hispanics. You need to rethink your terminology.

But even more, you need to rethink your morality. Why is it a *greater* crime to you, if he kills non-whites? What if he only killed blond, blue eyed whites - would that would be less of a crime? Is my life worth less to you, than a black man's? Is my murder less worthy of being lawfully avenged (Gen 9:6, Rom. 13:4), than a Hispanic's or an Asians? If so, why? Justify your answer before the throne of God.

Also, you need to recheck your facts. Many of the sniper's victims have been white. He seems to be alternating.
