I know some medic types and cops in Mongomery County. They say Moose is well respected by the rank and file.

Kinda tells me that just because someone butchers the language doesn't mean they are poor leaders.

Many of us predicted that Moose's transparent lie would result in another shooting.

It seems to me that the snipings will go on until the sniper is caught or he has his fill of amusement at snarling traffic and creating panic. Moose's conduct has little or nothing to do with this, IMHO.

Yes, it is creepy. Living in downtown D.C., I'm more worried about common criminals than the sniper, but not by much. I keep watiing for him to get bolder and come downtown.

I heard Moose had a masters degree in something or other. He is a product of affirmative action, and a friend of Reno. I doubt he got the degree legitimately(sp). I hope they catch the sniper soon, I really don't want to hear his dis, dat, dose and wif for much longer. He's such a poor example for black kids.

About 10 days ago, 20-20 or dateline or some news magazine program had a biography segment on Chief Moose. He has a PHD in urban affairs. From where I didn't hear; I tuned in after the program had started. Because he does not speak the King's english, it does not necessarily imply that he is ignorant. Whether or not his degree is legitimate, I don't know. There was some footage of him receiving his degree. Does anyone know anything else about this? Can this be confirmed? Thanks.
