I think he will change his MO... The Death card means "change" and the media is reporting that we may see the situation get worse if he does not get his way or the response he desires, they picked this up from the 3 page letter he wrote. It is possible that he tried to get the bus driver and maybe 2 passengers on the bus also? With the way they are blocking everything off he may go to multiple killings at each shooting site so he can get more kills in before he takes off. He not going to be able to pull off another day like he did when he shot the 5 people witin ia few hours and within just miles of each other.
