If the two illegals in the van were innocent, they should not have been turned over to INS. If they were connected, I beilive that they would be sittin in jail like the witness that lied to cops. The lying witness has been denied bail, that says something.

Like most criminals, these two were most likely pretty STOOOOPID, but they're not innocent, IMHO.
