I heard on WTOP that they were asked not to tell which hospital the victim was being taken to.

That strikes me as a strange request, unless it is a part of an anti-terrorism plan so as to not give opportunity for a bombing or the like.

Of course, I'm probably delusional.

First time for that I can EVER remember, but we ARE back in Moose country. The hospital confirmed, themselves, they do have the victim, and will hold a press conference asap. Thank God for someone with good sense. I certainly understand why the names are not released, don't have a problem with that, ever. Basic information does NOT hurt and does help the public/us.
