I just did it on my home page and copied from this post after I previewed it and changed the parentheses to <<< and >>> and it works!

I forgot to comment on your comment here. Fiddlstix showed me how to put a counter on my home page and I was shocked, shocked I tell ya, to see how many times my home page was accessed. It's up to over 300! And I'm sure only about 100 of them are from me, hehehe. So, you never know.
