I think Goldwater originally said EXTREMEISM instead of Radicalism. Nonetheless I agree with you.
About ten years ago when I taught at the middle school level instead of my current high school all those liberal teachers had been reading my anti-Clinton pro 2nd Amendment articles to the editor and somebody once asked me in the teachers lunch area if I was a member of a militia? The whole crowd held their breath and waited for my answer:
"Naaaaaw, but not because I disagree with what they say...but only because they really can't teach me anything I don't already know!" The look on their faces was priceless!
