Sources: Sniper Arrests this morning "not adding up"

Sources are saying that at first there was "lots of excitment" about these arrests however now things may be "not be adding up"

The first message was on a TAROT Card Number 13...and the sniper has hit 13 victims...even tho the police will NOT give the sniper CREDIT for the Sept 14th victim. HE makes 13 victims HE is counting and KNOWS he hit 13...just maybe the NEXT Tarot card is number 15?

They could have planted the note anywhere near the steakhouse based on news reports. The note may not have originated with the shooter.

YES...it is possible that MULTIPLE messages were left...remember the police are guarding info...EXTORTIONISTS do appear in times like these...I think they (goofballs) left a note...and the Sniper left a Tarot Card...

I'll bet that these clowns probably were the ones that left the note.

But how would they leave the note unless they were there for the shooting? Cops had place surrounded after the shooting, who could get in? Also, it now appears that these "suspects" made a call TO the designated phone booth from a different booth. Could be a wrong number? Moose wasn't stupid enough to give out the number, was he?

How would they have left the note after the fact? I would assume the crime scene is still blocked off and plenty of police would have been on-site at the time they would have had to leave the note. Not trying to polk holes in your theory, because I also question whether these are the guys or not (and I live in the Richmond area, so this is of more than academic interest).

Absolutely. Also, the sniper makes so much effort to evade capture. He knows that the more he exposes himself the closer he is to capture. So why would he start communicating with the police via telephone.

The sniper is back in Maryland by now, going about his business.

My opinion is: the shooter left the note. He/she then hired the white van drivers, via the use of something called "cut outs". The drivers of the van didn't know who hired them.. and the person who hired the van to drive there didn't know who told them to hire the van drivers.

The shooter(s) is/are milking this "white van" rabbit trail to the limit.

If your theory is correct, that means the perp knows someone on the inside. The number would be need to know info, 15-20 people tops.

I think there was a CELL PHONE left WITH the Tarot Card (real message from REAL sniper)...the POLICE have the disposable CELL PHONE...and the SNIPER has TOLD them...they better DAMN SIDE answer that PHONE when he calls them...

As for the GOOFBALLS...they left a note at the Cracker Barrel OR Blimpies...OR at the Texaco...and said..."Dear Mr. Policeman...This is the Sniper...I need some money...please call us at 555-555-5555" - GOOFY GOOFBALLS!!!

Yes, it's too clever by half, if that's the case -- and, if you can believe the "inside sources" constantly being sought out by CNN/MSNBC/FOX, LE really thought they had the sniper(s) this morning.

There was even an ex-cop on CNN, jubilantly proclaiming that this is exactly what he had predicted: the snipers would give themselves up peacefully, so that they could claim credit. In other words, he was expecting a perfectly predictable ending to the most unpredictable killing spree in history.

I keep hoping that someone, somewhere in this great swarming mass of LE has a clue to what may be going on, or that there is much more happening behind the scenes than the media knows -- but more and more, it simply looks like the rigid, regimented, business-as-usual crowd who can't think outside the box are running the show.
