I have been unable to read all the messages on today's sniper(s) thread, and I suspect someone has already hit on this, but, is it possible that two stupid opportunists saw a means to maybe make a few bucks and demand payment to cease something they were not even doing? Why does someone now come forward with a monetary demand? If this was there interest, why did they not demand money long ago?
I wonder if these two just got the hair-brain idea to make a few dollars and left a note at the minute of the Ponderosa shooting? This just seems so out of character for the MO the sniper(s) has operated under thus far.
Meanwhile, the real SNIPER is setting at home laughing that he is pulling strings.
