Lets just shut down the entire freaking country, confiscate all the guns, and put GPS locators on each of us. That would stop the sniper cold and protect junior.

If given the go-ahead from any of the local governments, I have no doubt that there are probably many who would love nothing more than to track this idiot/idiots down on their own, in their own way.
