Let's say these are terrorists. He wears a disguise so he won't be recognized by store surveillance camera and purchases a phone from someplace like a convenience store using fake i.d. Are those phones cash and carry or do you have to provide a credit card to get one?
And when the post 9/11 investigations were first in swing didn't they bust some guys here in FL that were into providing all these things like credit cards and i.d.?Isn't it possible that there won't be a paper trail that will actually lead them anywhere? It seems obvious the shooter is planning these things in advance because he's getting away so easily.
