No no,this guy wants to talk to someone in charge for a short period of time.He offered to call on some city or county phone line and he wants someone in charge there to answer.Think about it,if you was the perp,how would you get in touch with someone in charge.

I also wondered why no reporter would ask if the cops were using DMV records to search for these types of vehicles. I'd think they'd have least searched rental car agencies.
But this is never dicussed. While the same press would ask Rumsfield, "exactly when are we going to attack Iraq, how will it proceed, and what are the routes the planes will fly"?
