I have one word to say to those Californians who believe they don't pay nearly enough in taxes, government can do things better than free enterprise and bureaucrats have the right to regulate every last thing in their lives: congratulations.

make it easier for the lefties to win.

That is exactly what every person that voted for Bill Simon did on primary election day. Davis spent 9 million dollars to get Simon the Republican nomination.

Only in California would Republicans take Gray Davis's advice, and select Davis's choice for the Republican nomination.

Repblicans in California breathe way to much smog.

<< No tough decisions this November, straight GOP. >>

Hey Guys, I'm just punching out my absentee-voter's card here in sunny-down-town Chiang Mai, Thailand and need a hand with the judges part of the vote. [Straight Republican for elected offices and the measures I got figured, no problem]

Any idea where I might look for a "how to vote" idea of whom among the judges is a "yes" and whom a "no?"

there was a discussion of that on the state channel.

Here's the rundown, much of it based on who appointed them (I'm only giving you the yeses):
Marvin R. Baxter
Miriam Vogel
Gary Hastings
Paul Turner
Kenneth Yegan
Mildred Lillie (possibly)

This was done by looking at which governor appointed them, so I don't want to vouch for later accuracy (except for Kathryn Werdegar, who was appointed by the GOP and has since run left, getting my no vote)
