Sounds good to me. There are so many little leads that come and go - unfortunately, at some point, they'll probably all make sense.

On the whole, the FBI (and whoever else is involved) seems to be making a pretty good effort to get these folks. Naturally, I suppose, we don't know about the ones that got away. But looking at it in some way that could provide an overview might be helpful.

Hindsight seems to work best, unfortunately; I think you're absolutely right....something for the DC area must have been in the works.
