Yes, he'd overstayed his visa some time ago (as usual).
But I'm pretty sure it's not the same one who was involved in the plane incident, which did happen around that time, also.
This man was trying to go by train from South Florida to Palatka, but didn't have ID and had his companion tried to buy the ticket for him (in cash). I have no idea what lead them to state that he was on his way to DC. They expected him to meet other people in Palatka, if I recall correctly. Which I may not...it was not heavily reported, and I only noticed it because it struck me as so strange that anybody like that would go to Palatka inthe first place.

That is odd. Nothing these type people do makes sense, until I consider they want to kill us all, then it adds up. Yes, it is two different guys. The guy I was speaking of was arrested when he disembarked in Miami. The Feds were waiting for him when he got off the plane. Never have heard what they thought he was here for, just that he had terrorist connections and was a wanted person. Reminds me of that one the Feds got in NJ, I think, he was carrying dirty bomb making plans. :(

It was in Hollywood, Fl where I live. I also recall that it was known that he had associated with Atta. Atta lived in an apartment here, and had partied at a bar called Shuckums the Friday night before 9/11.
