I've been saying for a week...there is no white van. He nests, and waits for white vans to show up, and leave, and then he hits the first target in the field of fire.
By doing this, he psychologically camoflages himself. Everybody is hyper-focused on finding, tracking and describing a "white van." They're psychologically blinded to anything else.
Agree 100%..!!!He might even stick around after an attack and leave much later.
