Just reported. Took place outside of a Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not sure if it is related or not at this time. Police have shut down parts of I-95.

I have a description of a VA vehicle, 1994 Ford van southbound on I-95 at a high rate of speed. Seen by several witnesses with two men inside. I have the license number but will not post. Issued a BOLO to all local police in Virginia about ten minuets ago. Full tag number, BTW.

Well thank goodness for ABC TV7 reporting that roadblock. Now it will be much simpler for the sniper to avoid this.

And DC Senators have been warned not to go golfing because of possible terrorists in the area, but citizens are asked to go about their business and "zig-zag" because there's no evidence of a terrosists.
