According to the local WRLH anchor (now on Fox), they are "stopping just short of saying they (the police) think this is related to the beltway shootins, but they are treating as if it were" one.

The man was shot in the parking lot.

The anchor said the police are treating it much different than they treat other local shootings.

I'd say it's more like in the last 50 years. I am in college right now, and I can't even begin to tell you how many spineless "men" are running around campus. It's utterly pathetic.

Look's like it is just south of the King's Dominion exit. I seem to recall this is a rather busy area of I95.

I was out on the interstate today and I was amazed at the heightened police presence in northern Virginia. This may have moved him out of the immediate area of the other shootings.

Where have you been? I've not been around much either. I started a part time job last week and am WAY behind on all the news.

Can we have a time frame on these shootings? Like aren't all of these happening at the same time in the morning or night. Like around the exact same times on the clock those buildings were hit? I seem to recall wire reports always coming out around 9:11 P.M. or 9:11 A.M.

With law abiding citizens going to jail for defending themselves in their own homes against would be rapists, murderers and thieves it is no wonder that MEN no longer consider taking action on their own. The feminization of America has firmly taken root and is sprouting PC wimps that are afraid of their own shadows.

Rider: On what street is Ponderosa restaurant located? How far away from I-95? I ask because there's a Michael's Crafts store near I-95, on Washington Hwy, south of I-295, and north of State Hw6 73, near Mountain Road. There has been substantial discussion about Michaels.

I believe you are right. To me, and admittedly without many facts this last week or so, the ONLY thing that makes sense to me now is terrorism of some sort.

I've stopped at this Ponderosa many times. It is a regular restaurant with an outside parking lot.

How is the terrain? In all the other shootings, the sniper was on high ground.
