Where does the Constitution grant Constitutional rights? Throughout.
No, it protects rights, not grants them. Find an example where it says something like "The people shall have the right...". No it says the "right of the people" "shall not be infringed", or similar wording, which just assumes that right exists and some level of government may not violate it.
No, it attempts, or claims to protect unalienable rights and it does so through out.
Let's start with Article I Section I -- "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives".

What will Ted's assertions and $1 get us? A good laugh and a cheese burger at Carls Jr...(for a limited time only)
The time constraint applies to only the burger......Ted is always gonna be good for a laugh.

Apologies for the double-post.
I'm not going liberal. I'm a fan of Fedor. I have no problem with conservative Christians. I have a problem with people like home educate who believe that nobody but conservative Christians belong in this country. You are inferring way too much from what he/she said. Do you not agree that the moral condition of this country is on the skids? That is not to say that no one but conservative Christians belong here. It is to say that we would benefit from a greater influence of conservative Christians.
Please: Conservative Christians and Jews pretty much live and die (politically) together. What's with your hypersensitivity tonight? (Not typical of you.)

I've yet to see a list of these supposed rights we've lostWell, judging from the footage I just saw on MSNBC, it does not look as if the jackboots are even asking for consent to search the white vehicles. They are pulling over all white vans with automatic weapons raised and pointed AT THE DRIVER and detaining are them as they search the vehicle. RIP America.

BTW if you think I should seek other employment I would urge you to swap jobs with me for a few weeks and see which one of us gets arrested for assault or gooes to the hospital because they got their butts kicked first. LOL You indeed have a tough job. Sounds like you have a little war zone right there at your school. I don't no why troublemakers are allowed to remain in school. They are only hurting the students who actually want to learn something.

LOL
That's not belittling him. That's recognizing that his particular religion has a "restriction" on the soiling of the word "God". The observant Jew always writes the word out as "G_d", or some such, to avoid soiling the name of he who is.

I happen to agree with the spirit of your proposal -- but you're kiiding yourself if you don't think this violates the Constitution. Do you envision armed citizen-soldiers breaking into mosques looking for terrorists? I don't actually believe we should kill all the Muslims. At least.. not the ones here. They have rights.
But I Don't see how a murderous cult, harboring our enemies who are actively attacking us (snipers, WTC, more to come..) qualify for protection under the law....
What next, let them import 250,000 armed men - and as long as they're in a Mosque, they're off limits? I don't think so...

Not far fetched. Been thinking that if I was going to do this sort of thing I would want to be seperated from the weapon as soon as possible. If there are two or more involved, stashing the gun might be an option. The cartridge case and card indicate that the shooter does not have leaving no trace as a top priority, or he is very clever and leaves bogus clues. Say you are using a Contender and you leave a case from an AR-15 just to be devious.

Apparently, he's our very own god in this forum. Well, you can be sure she has nothing to do with issuing your rights. I have that on good authority.

I'm not being hypersensitive. It wasn't that one comment, it was a whole slew of comments he made tonight that led to what I said. And I'm sure he (or she?) is a fine person. But what I meant by my comment was that it was the perception that many moderate democrats and independents have that all republicans are like him (or her) that leads them to NOT vote Republican. That's all...

A scoped Contender with a 14 inch barrel would be perfect. I had one some time back. It was good to about 200 yards. The Israelis would be using mirrors to search under the cars. I haven't seen our police doing that.
