Hanover County Shooting [Ashland, Virginia- North of Richmond]

Just reported. Took place outside of a Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not sure if it is related or not at this time. Police have shut down parts of I-95.

Ashland, VA police - we are searching ALL cars. Good - considering how many of us think the white van/truck is a decoy to be seen by witnesses "speeding" away while actual shooter vehicle drives slowly away.

DC TV 9 is showing live film of EVERY CAR being stopped entering Montgomery County from DC. The Feds and Montgomery County Police are doing it.
